There’s three things I wish I knew sooner investing in real estate:
1.How to talk to sellers…. Establish a relationship, don't be scared everyone starts somewhere and this is where problems are uncovered!
2. I don’t have to have all the answers: it’s not what you know it’s who you know. Getting around the right people and paying to be in the right rooms is the greatest hack in the game!
3. Failure is a prerequisite….. not everything is going to work out all the time. It’s ok to try and come up short. Surround yourself with good people and stay hungry!
I’ve been in Subto for 1.5 years and in in Owners Club
And the way I got into all of this is through RV parks!
I had no idea how to do those deals btw, and now we own multiple parks and closing on more this year!
